The program considers the epistemological specificity of the arts, their methodologies and objects, framing the development of artistic-based research (arts-based research), capable of deepening the dialogue between the conceptual, technological and media domains of academia, industry and society. contemporary. It recognizes research in, on and through art as fundamental for the generation, mediation, reflection and criticism of knowledge and culture, which, in the current context of the crisis of disciplinary taxonomies, proposes an approach to the problematics of intermediality and hybridization of the field artistic from the development of theses or original project proposals.
